Thank you for choosing Maytrix. We create custom infinity mirrors and mirror-based lighting pieces designed to be shipped safely and securely. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect after placing an order.
1. Order Processing and Production Time
Most Maytrix products are custom-made or made to order. Production time depends on the size, complexity, and specifications of the piece.
Typical production timelines are:
- Custom infinity mirrors: approximately 2 weeks before shipping
- Larger or more complex custom builds: may require additional production time
If your order has a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the timeline is possible.
2. Shipping Methods
Maytrix offers shipping options based on the size, weight, destination, and delivery timeline of your order.
Shipping methods may include:
- Standard freight (4-5 weeks from ship date)
- Expedited freight (3-4 weeks from ship date)
- Air freight (1-2 weeks from ship date)
Because many Maytrix pieces are large, fragile, and custom-built, the available shipping method may vary depending on the order.
3. Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping within the United States and to select international destinations.
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price unless specifically stated.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the size, weight, packaging requirements, destination, and selected shipping speed.
For custom orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately before checkout or included in your final invoice.
5. Packaging
Maytrix products are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Larger or fragile orders may ship in reinforced packaging or a custom wooden crate.
We take packaging seriously because infinity mirrors contain glass, electronics, and custom-finished components.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, order size, shipping method, and carrier availability.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Some freight shipments may have limited tracking updates until the package reaches a carrier checkpoint or local delivery hub.
Estimated timelines are not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.
For freight or specialty shipments, tracking may update less frequently than standard parcel shipments.
8. Delivery Issues, Missing Shipments, or Damage
If your shipment appears delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@maytrix.com.
For damaged deliveries, please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos or videos of:
- The outer packaging
- Any visible damage
- The product itself
- Shipping labels or crate labels
This helps us file a carrier claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Maytrix is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@maytrix.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
