Thank you for shopping with Maytrix. We want every order to arrive safely and match the approved design details. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Most Maytrix products, including custom infinity mirrors and personalized designs, are made to order. Because of this, custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or was not delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was approved, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@maytrix.com.

Please include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a short description of the problem. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, return, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be approved by Maytrix before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all included parts, accessories, and packaging when possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, Maytrix will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange return pickup when applicable.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be available because materials and labor have already been committed to the order.
