All around, we ask for 3–4 weeks to receive your sign from the day you place your order. That’s 1–1.5 weeks to manufacture & quality test your order before we ship it out, and once dispatched, it typically takes 14–18 days to arrive at your door.
We can also have the sign to you, in a slightly shorter time (2 to 3 weeks) for rushed orders. Send us an email at daniel@maytrix.com to let us know you wish to place it on the rush list.
Our Infinity Mirror Customizer tool generates mockups automatically, which may not always capture the exact layout you’re going for. If you have a specific vision in mind, just fill out our special request form here with your details. One of our designers will create a custom mockup and get you a quote in no time.
Two key factors that influence pricing are the size of your piece and the specialized shipping process. Every order is carefully packed in a custom-built wooden crate to ensure safe delivery, which adds to both the protection and cost of shipping.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After that window, production begins and we’re unable to cancel or offer refunds, as each piece is custom-made to your exact specifications (including size, color, plug type, material, etc).
