The removable rear panel provides access to the face panel and lighting components, allowing most issues to be diagnosed and repaired without replacing the entire mirror. For covered issues during the Maytrix 2-year warranty, we’ll provide the replacement parts needed for the approved repair at no charge. If Maytrix determines that the mirror cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it according to the warranty terms. After the warranty period, replacement parts and support may remain available, subject to parts availability and applicable charges.
