How far in advance should I order an infinity mirror for an event?
We recommend ordering at least 26 calendar days before delivery for a piece under 6 feet on its longest side, or 30 days for a piece 6 feet and above. The absolute last day is 24 or 28 days before delivery, respectively, subject to our team confirming production and shipping. Order sooner whenever possible.
Can Maytrix rush production for an event deadline?
Event rush production typically takes 10 to 14 days after design approval and confirmation of a production slot. Shipping is additional and varies by size, destination and freight availability. Contact us with your needed by date to check the options.
Does a “yes” from the calculator guarantee delivery?
No. A yes means there is still time within our planning cutoff for your size. If the recommended date has passed, the result warns that your timeline is tight. Our team must confirm your artwork, production slot and shipping before you order.
What if my deadline is sooner than the recommended timeline?
Contact us immediately with your artwork, size, location and date. The final cutoff leaves just 24 calendar days for pieces under 6 ft, or 28 days for larger pieces. Do not wait for this date or order without confirming the timeline.
Can I customize an infinity mirror with my event logo?
Yes. Maytrix creates custom infinity mirror signs around your logo, artwork or event identity. Share the dimensions, quantity and how you plan to display the piece so the team can review the design and installation needs.
Which date should I put in the calculator?
Enter the date you need the mirror delivered and in hand. If your venue, event warehouse or installation team needs it before the event opens, use that earlier date and allow time to inspect and set up your piece.
